The Story Of The Yoga Quilt

My sister Karen, a fabulous quilter, gave me this gorgeous quilt (above). It kept ending up on my yoga mat. It was apparent that a handmade yoga quilt could be a wonderful asset to yoga practice. From conversations with her, the yoga quilt was born.

These one-of-a-kind yoga quilts are made of 100% cotton and expertly quilted by my sister. They are large enough to cover up or lie on for Savasana, put under a sticky mat for standing poses, or use without a mat for seated poses.
